You are bee-busy indeed! I don't have the slightest idea of how to make pottery and yours look so fantastic! Do you work with a specific idea in mind as how they'll look like at the end, or do you let yourself go and improvise as you work?

Esti,
I have worked with clay so long now (over 20 years… strange, the time has gone so very fast…) The half time work I give to produce everyday used thing and on the other time I make more unique objects and pictures . I have some” dinner sets” with specific decorations that I always try to have in stock to customers. I would say that it is hugely comfortable to be in the middle in such production period and to do bowls, mugs, pots and things like that. You do not need inspiration and you do not have to wait for ideas, it is only to work on… And after work I feel rich and pleased when I can see what it became done precisely this day.
I know that it can be difficult to understand my English, it was so many word… and my husband is not home today… (I usually ask him)…

marie louise, stop saying sorry for your english, ha, ha... we, english as a second language people, always try to speak/write our best. We all understand each other. An as for english as first language people, I'm sure the make the effort to understand us!
I've enjoyed a lot your explanation of how you work. You are lucky and talented! :)

Working like you are is a great form of meditation--all that centering on the wheel.

i love your hands at work, and the slurry of your clay. it makes me long for the 2 long, long summers i spent in a clay studio here; with a wonderful potter. potters are usually so kind.

Thanks for your kind words about my brother.

Your English is glowing!!!

Answer to your colourquestion...hehe
Reprofotograf (kind of lithographer) 4 years of education.
The step after photography in the graphic business...Making the txt and pictures ready for printing...books/newspaper/poster/magazines...
Long time ago though...hehe
I mostly colour stories to the Donald Duck comic paper..
ex. Donald/Mickey/Scrooge stories
But also did the Swedish (Nalle) *Bamse* paper ...you know that?
I get scans from Egmont and then colour the pages in photoshop...and return full coloured...

Hej!
